After your appointment is booked, a licensed medical professional will respond to your location. A detailed medical assessment is then performed based upon your illness or injury.  After the initial assessment is performed, the patient is then connected with a licensed medical doctor through a secure virtual video call to receive a real-time diagnosis and treatment plan.  

Yes, Urgent Care 2 U is open 7 days a week, including weekends. We understand that illnesses and injuries can happen at any time, and we're here to provide care when you need it most. Please be aware that appointments may not be available until the following day during regular business hours.

Urgent Care 2 U can treat a wide range of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, including cold and flu symptoms, minor cuts and burns, sprains and strains, and more. However, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Yes, Urgent Care 2 U offers a range of vaccines that can be administered if appropriate for your illness or injury.

After your appointment is scheduled a licensed health care professional from our clinical staff team will arrive at your location. The level of provider may be an EMT, Paramedic, Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physicians Assistant. The level of provider will be based on the type of care that you require.

Yes, Urgent Care 2 U offers a membership program. We have both an annual membership and a seasonal membership program available to choose from.

The Urgent Care 2 U membership includes one complimentary Mobile Urgent Care Appointment a month. Each additional Mobile Urgent Care appointment will be at a discounted rate for the membership holder.

There may be an additional travel fee based on the distance of travel for the responding clinical staff team member. This will be dependent on the customers location at the time of  your appointment.
